[gaim-migrate @ 13878] Fix the crashing that I caused. This restores the situation where the slpcall isn't being cleaned up for the transfer, but I figured out that the reason is that we're not dealing with the "Data Acknowledgement Message" - that is what needs to trigger the cleanup.
