There's no need to recalculate the home_dir on every call to purple_user_dir() when we are already storing it in a variable anyway.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
