Implement msim_msg_dictionary_parse() based on msim_parse_body(). This allows msim_msg_get_dictionary() to work on incoming messages.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
