Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Combine the encode_spaces function and the stuff for the display name since they're basically the same. Also fixes #13034.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
