Allow using the Send To menu in the case that the active conversation's account disconnects. Previously, the Send To menu was unusable in this case, making it impossible to simply switch accounts and continue the conversation. Fixes #12471. committer: John Bailey <[e-mail]>

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
