Updated Simplified Chinese translation and email update. Closes #10165. In committing this, I fixed these "fatal errors": ./zh_CN.po:2941: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:4526: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:8848: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:9303: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:9545: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:10358: `msgid' and `msgstr[0]' entries do not both end with '\n' ./zh_CN.po:12888: `msgid' and `msgstr' entries do not both begin with '\n' msgfmt: found 7 fatal error
