Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Don't allow duplicate accounts to be added. Ideally some of these checks should be in the core, but I don't see a way of doing that without forcing 3.0.0. Fixes #2269 (the part that was actually broken).
