Update the theme file to reflect the icons available. I did this like so:
(echo _Name=Shrunk ; echo _Description=Smaller versions of the default smilies ; egrep "^(! )?(`ls *.png | tr "\n" "|"`\[|#|Icon|Author|$)" ../../default/24/default.theme.in) > small.theme.in
This commit also changes the name of the theme to "Small", updates the
description slightly, and marks both fields for translation.
