annotate PLUGIN_HOWTO @ 31265:2a5e10237d69

Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Sort by status, then alphabetical. Sorting by status and then "none" ends up being unstable somehow. This seems to work for me when clicking on stuff. Fixes #11892.
