annotate libpurple/savedstatuses.h @ 24462:72932bd805f1

Add pidgin-emotes.svg to EMOTES_DEFAULT_24_SCALABLE. I don't know why it was left out before. I think the impact of this is that it ends up in EXTRA_DIST.
