 	last year was merged, which means we now support BOSH (XMPP connections
 	over HTTP), and Andrei Mozzhuhin contributed an XMPP Service Discovery
 	Browser.  Also, thanks to Bernmeister for poking (at least) several
 	hundred old tickets!
