10 Luke: Only a week "late" this time around, much nicer than the delay
11 before the last release. Anyway, this release sees a HUGE number of
12 improvements to the WYSIWYG support, much thanks to all involved. If
13 you weren't impressed before, you should be now! This release also
14 sees the end of our TOC support, no one has been working on this in
15 some time and its causing problems. DON'T USE IT!. Also plugin
16 authors will want to take note of the fact that the plugin api version
17 changed. A nice solid release for you all :-)
