[gaim-migrate @ 15736] Emil Nowak pointed out that the names of other IM clients shouldn't be marked for translation. I did some checking and it seems the creators of those clients don't translate the names. I thought perhaps MSN Messenger would be, for example. Also, I noticed that the logout notifications should be reworded to match the string we use now in the buddy state notification plugin.
