Add some mnemonics to the new/modify account dialog. These are also taken from an opensolaris patch found here: http://cvs.opensolaris.org/source/xref/jds/spec-files/trunk/patches/pidgin-03-protocol-mnemonics.diff I changed which letters were used in some cases and did not apply some parts such as those based on strings obtained from prpls. They need more thought (can we have prpls provide the mnemonics?)
