Kill CRLF line-endings to make sure this compiles on Solaris. This is a re-application of the fix in 43e06ba1c67cc326d2d93f14d67709b2375da88b.

http://developer.pidgin.im and click on API.  From there, see the HOWTOs in the
"Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
