Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Implement prpl_info->normalize for msimprpl, modified patch from Jaywalker. This makes buddy names treated the same regardless of case and spacing. It also allows user IDs to be normalized into usernames, _if_ the user is on the buddy list (making it work in the general case is #4631).
