Some general cleanup of the pidginrc plugin that I did while working on my first attempt at adding status theme stuff. This is just the cleanup, not the status theme support.

"Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
