[gaim-migrate @ 16132] Make the ntlm code a little cleaner (to me, anyway). Add some helpful comments (to me, anyway). And hopefully fix a bug or two (hostname, domain, and username are all sent as UCS-2LE now). committer: Tailor Script <[e-mail]>
