Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Use ~/.face (or ~/.face.icon) as the default avatar. GDM and KDM both use these. Daniel should make it use the default Windows icon too. Evan can probably do OS X if he wants.
