In msimprpl, replace !strcmp() with g_str_equal() everywhere.
Although g_str_equal() from glib was intended to be used for
comparisons of hash table keys, it has clearer semantics than
strcmp() (<0, =0, >0 vs. true, false) and is easier to read.
