Remove the XMPP section... it seems no one else uses XEP-0038 for a smiley set and I am distraught that it has no :P. This will make XMPP use the default section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
