Nothing to see here, GAIM_CMD_P_VERY_LOW and GAIM_CMD_P_VERYHIGH just struck
me wrong, so now it is GAIM_CMD_P_VERY_HIGH to match.
Also fix a couple typos in the documentation for gaim_cmd_register.
