Call gtk_window_set_title() for the GtkIMHtml tip window, to avoid the "g_log: ATK_ROLE_TOOLTIP object found, but doesn't look like a tooltip" warnings on links or smileys.

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
