Updated to use latest spec. in XEP-0231 New namespace. Cache data globally in a running instance based on CID. Set the PNG compression level param when saving a custom smiley from GTKIMHTML.

it does not print the return value.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.  

Examples:

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
