Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
As far as I can tell this line was accidentally removed in an explicit merge on January 2nd. I could be wrong, though--monotone is a pain in the ass to use.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
