Use the new purple_plugin_disable() function and purple_plugin_unload()'s
setting of plugin->error to display an appropriate message if a plugin
fails to unload.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the source tree. The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
