Don't present the buddy list when a row is added to the accounts
window. I'm not quite sure why this was done... I'm guessing so
that the buddy list comes to the front when a new account is
added. Do we really want that? If so, the Pidgin gtkblist code
should watch the account-added signal instead.
This fixes a bug where
1. System tray icon is enabled and buddy list is hidden
2. User right-clicks system tray icon and selects "Accounts"
3. The buddy list pops up
