Add a mnemonic to the Italian translation of Send To and remove the fuzzy marker after comparing to the mnemonic-free translation in Finch. Fixes #4083

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
