Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Don't bother reading in the "protocol" attribute in blist.xml. As near as I can tell we've been using "proto" in blist.xml since revision 3244f1796094ad1d67ecc4d685022b38a6c7e624 in October 2003.

http://developer.pidgin.im and click on API.  From there, see the
HOWTOs in the "Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
