[gaim-migrate @ 7402] A patch from Nickolai Zeldovich: [ 779772 ] Display IP addresses for ICQ users in the mouse over http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=779772&group_id=235&atid=300235 I'm pretty sure you can only see someone's IP address if they have you in their buddy list.
