Simplify, hoo-boy. Also don't unregister the schemes in
purple_certificate_uninit(). The schemes should be unregistered by
whoever registered them in the first place (the ssl plugins)

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the source tree. The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
