view fix-casts.sh @ 26226:5c6cf6d1e65f

Remove some unused fields. Thanks to Mayank Jain Nawal's email to the devel list for pointing this out. I'm guessing these fields are left over from Jim Seymour's original vcard implementation, which existed before our generic request fields functions.
