Fix a remote-crash bug in ICQ (and probably AIM). It happens when the SIM IM client tries to send us contacts. Fixes #10481

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
