Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Pull in ChangeLog, ChangeLog.API, ChangeLog.win32, and NEWS entries from the 2.5.9 release and add a 2.5.9 section to po/ChangeLog since I forgot to do so in the 2.5.9 release.
