Reorder the tabs alphabetically. I left Interface at the top because it's our equivalent to other apps' "General" tab, and that tab always seems to be the first by convention.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
