C++ doesn't really allow forward declarations of enums, and we
want libpurple to be usable from C++ applications, right? I changed
this to not have forward declarations, since we don't really gain
anything from it.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the source tree. The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
