Grab es.po, ru.po and sl.po from 2.x.y and commit them here. This seems like a reasonable thing to do... these versions have fewer fuzzy and untranslated strings than the previous versions.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
