* intltool-update, and translate everything changed

A patch to configure.ac is neccessary to add "sr" to
the language list (variable ALL_LINGUAS).
It is now tested and works find with just executing
./autogen.sh for CVS versions.
I hope it will be integrated, and I plan to update
every week or so. It will be much simpler if it gets
integrated into CVS tree. "
i added sr to the language list, after a hint from robot101.
