Sadrul's change from 3abad7606f4a2dfd1903df796f33924b12509a56 fixes a reported crash. Add ChangeLog entry for it. Fixes #10112.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
