Correctly credit Tomasz SaŹ©ČaciŹ«Íski for writing the original patch for IM images on Gadu-Gadu. I previously missed that the patch I applied was Tomasz's patch with modifications. Refs #220.

"Related Pages" section.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
