Add a [X] Blocked item to the buddy context menu, and add a dialog to block/unblock buddies for buddies not in the blist. There is no way to alter other privacy settings, yet.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
