Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Capitalize "Blink On New Message" to be consistant with all other menu items. This isn't specifically addressed (that I could find) in the Gnome HIG, but all of the examples provided capitalized each word. Closes #2418.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
