Revert my revision b3be51b1008b426760ae04ce7487b089440bdeeb It causes a bug where status messages weren't cleared in the tooltip when a buddy unsets their status message. Thanks to Seanathan and dustin on ticket #12988 for noticing this and tracking down the cause.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
