[gaim-migrate @ 17028] A user can already manipulate the tabs of a GTK conversation without focus with the mouse wheel, and can scroll up and down and read a conversation without focus. With these lines removed, the user can now also change a conversation from "read" to "unread" despite not having focused the window, merely with his mouse. committer: Tailor Script <tailor@pidgin.im>
