A patch from Arunan Balasubramaniam to use timeouts in seconds instead of milliseconds in Pidgin. This enables grouping of timers for greater power efficiency. Fixes #8834. committer: Elliott Sales de Andrade <[e-mail]>

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
