Bring oscar prpl in line with the other prpls in how it provides user info: The away message is now given an appropriate label and isn't set off in a separate section.

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how 
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
