Add conversion routines for msim markup <f h=##> to libpurple <font size=##>: pixel height <=> point sizes <=> libpurple relative HTML sizes Text sent between msimprpl and the official MySpaceIM client of varying sizes matches up fairly well with this change.

You can also generate this documentation locally by installing
doxygen and graphviz dot, then running "make docs" in the
source tree.  The documentation will be in the docs/html directory.
