[gaim-migrate @ 17961] XEP-0084 and XEP-0153 both say, "the image height and width SHOULD be between thirty-two (32) and ninety-six (96) pixels." I realize this is a "should" and not a "must," but I think it makes sense for us to follow it. Especially if we're already imposing the upper-bound.
