This change is probably going to spark some debate about the pidginrc plugin.
It does the following:
* Removes mouse cursor related prefs
* Adds "Typing Notification Color" pref
* Adds "Disable Typing Notifications" pref
* Splits the preferences into three tabs, "Colors," "Fonts," and
"Miscellaneous."
* The configuration window now fits in smaller screens.
