A revision to my previous commit. Only set the xfer to completed if it isn't already completed. To avoid showing duplicate "File transferred successfully" messages

This shell script just invokes dbus-send, see man dbus-send for how
to specify the parameters.

   $0 PurpleCoreQuit

Use dbus-viewer to get the list of supported functions and their parameters.
